Refund Policy
We want you to love every wig. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Eligibility
Unworn wigs in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene rules mean worn or modified wigs cannot be resold and aren't refundable.
How to request a refund
Go to Account → Orders, tap the order, and request a refund. We'll email a prepaid return label.
Processing time
Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
